Collaborative Project 1.THE DAY WE FLEW
The Day We Flew is a senior capstone animated short film developed by a team of ten students, spanning the full animation pipeline from pre-production through production and post-production.
I contributed as a character animator, responsible for twelve shots focused on the mechanical bird character. My work centered on character performance, emotional clarity, and physical believability, particularly through subtle motion, timing, and posing.
This project deepened my understanding of character animation within a collaborative production environment and reinforced my interest in using animation as a tool for emotional storytelling.
